Important Information
- Bring along your NRIC/Passport and ATM/Debit Card during collection.
- Collection of the notes will only be available to the person that has placed the online reservation.
- Wealth clients can also choose to walk-in to any DBS/POSB branches however, they will be subjected to new notes exchange limit of $800 & Fit notes at $1,400.

Only senior customers aged 60 and above (based on year of birth) or customers with disability, and customers with a valid online reservation (at the selected branch and time) can visit our DBS Treasures Centre for Lunar New Year new notes exchange, subject to notes availability and branch operating hours.
Can I bring someone along with me for the Lunar New Year new notes collection?
Senior customers aged 60 and above (based on year of birth) or customers with disability who are making the withdrawal can be accompanied by 1 other person to minimise overcrowding.
How much Lunar New Year new notes can I exchange and can I request for more at the DBS Treasures Centres?
Maximum note exchange limit is S$35,000 (new notes limit is at $6,900) per customer for Online Reservation. For branch walk-in at DBS Treasures Centre, maximum note exchange limit is capped at $5,000 (new notes are subject to availability). You can consider switching to cashless gifting via the DBS QR Gift Card. Enjoy more convenience and time saved from packing red packets!
Where can I get red packets & how many red packets will I get?
Starting 14 January 2025, you can obtain DBS/POSB red packets at DBS/POSB branches or Treasures Centre or pop-up ATM. Subject to availability, each customer will be issued 1 pack of red packet each.
