You may obtain new notes via our 57 pop-up ATMs and Fit notes at 15 pop-up ATMs located island wide during the Lunar New Year season starting from 14 to 27 January 2025 (10am to 10pm daily) and 28 January 2025 (10am to 1pm).

What are the denominations and options available at the pop-up ATMs?
We have customised the machines to dispense only new note denominations of $2, $10 and $50. Learn more.
What is the maximum number of withdrawals I can make from the pop-up ATMs?
Each customer is limited to 3 withdrawals throughout this period. If you have exceeded the maximum number of withdrawals, the ATM screen will display this message: “We are unable to process your request as you have reached the maximum number of times which you can withdraw from our LNY pop-up ATM. Please take your card.”

Why are your pop-up ATMs not 24-hrs?
Pop-up ATM will not be in service outside of the operating hours. Operating hours are from 14 January to 27 January 2025 (10am to 10pm daily) and 28 January 2025 (10am to 1pm).
Are there any specific time on when each pop-up ATMs are replenished?
Notes will be replenished regularly and there is no fixed schedule on top-ups. You may check with our Service Ambassadors for timely updates at respective locations.

The last day of replenishment for pop-up ATMs is 28 January 2025.
Where can I get red packets & how many red packets am I entitled to?
Starting 14 January 2025, you can obtain DBS/POSB red packets at DBS/POSB branches or DBS Treasures Centre or 16 pop-up ATMs at Community Club listed above. Subject to availability, each customer will be issued 1 pack of red packet each.
