• Ensure you have updated your mobile number and email address.
• There is a cooling period of at least 12 hours to combat fraud and scams for digital token set up. You will not be able to make certain digibank online/ digibank mobile transactions during the cooling period.
• You may need to complete Singpass Face Verification for identity confirmation if unusual login activity is detected during Digital Token setup. Learn more about how to setup Digital Token using Singpass face verification.

How to set up your Digital Token

Set up using your registered Email Address and SMS OTP

Launch your digibank App and select Digital Token.

Tap on Set Up Now.

Log in to digibank mobile with your Touch / Face ID or digibank User ID & PIN.

Step 4
Tap on Set Up Now.

Step 5
Enter the 6 digit Email OTP sent to your registered email address.

Step 6
Enter the 6 digit SMS OTP sent to your registered mobile number.

Step 7
You've set up your Digital Token.

Set up using your DBS Secure Device (Physical Token)

Launch your digibank App and select Digital Token.

Tap on Set Up Now.

Log in to digibank mobile with your Touch / Face ID or digibank User ID & PIN.

Tap on Set Up Now.

Step 5
Select Physical Token and a 6 digit SMS OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number.
Follow the on-screen instructions, enter the 6 digit SMS OTP into your Physical Token and the generated 6 digit code into your digibank App.

You've set up your Digital Token.

Set up with changes to your Email Address and without DBS Secure Device (Physical Token)

• Request for Registration Code
• Upon Receiving Registration Code

Log in to digibank mobile with your Touch / Face ID or digibank User ID & PIN.

Confirm or edit your Email Address and tap Next.

Tap My Physical Token is Damaged/Lost if you do not have a Physical Token with you.

Tap Mail My Code for us to mail the registration code to you.

Ensure your mailing address is correct and tap Request Code to proceed.

Request for registration code is Completed.
Please allow 3-5 working days for the registration code to be sent to your registered mailing address.
