What to do if you were scammed

If you suspect fraud or believe you’ve been scammed, contact us immediately. We have fraud response resources to assist you quickly.
Reporting can be done 24/7, at any time.
Call us and select Option 1 to report fraud.

Outside Singapore: +65 6222 2200
If you prefer to report the fraud in person, head to a bank branch. You do not need to queue and can get help from the branch manager.
