Please note that opening an account can only be done online.

Our SME branches offer assistance with the following services, and you will need to bring along the required documents.

Update business profile

This includes making changes to: 

  • your signatories 
  • your signature requirements 

You need to bring along the documents in this list. 
Update online account (IDEAL)

This includes making changes to: 

  • who can do online banking for your business 
  • the information about your business’s IDEAL users 

When our customer support team BusinessCare helps to set up an appointment for this, you will be advised on the documents to bring.
Apply for a banker’s guarantee

You need to bring along the banker’s guarantee format provided by the beneficiary.

You’ll also need to provide details, including:  

  • your DBS corporate account number   
  • beneficiary’s information  
  • currency and amount  
  • effective date   
  • expiry date  
  • claim expiry date
