View accounts and statements

View accounts
  1. Log in to DBS IDEAL
     
  2. Go to the main menu and select Accounts.  
     
  3. Select an account to view its transactions and balance. To view the details for a custom date range, use the month or date filter.

To download a report of the transactions, select Export. Choose either Microsoft Excel (.xls) or PDF as your export format.
 


View account statements

Online account statements (eStatements) are available for:

  • Autosave Accounts 
  • Business Accounts 
  • Digital Accounts 
  • Foreign Currency Current Accounts 
  • Multi-currency Accounts

You can view up to 7 years of account statements. Currently, the available statements are up to August 2020. 

  1. Log in to DBS IDEAL.
     
  2. Go to the main menu and select Accounts.
     
  3. Select an account to view its transactions and balance.
     
  4. Select eStatements.
      
  5. Select the PDF icon to download a statement.

To receive your eStatements by email every month, create an eStatement alert by selecting Create new alert
