Update mailing address

The mailing address is where your organisation receives letters from us, and may be the same as your registered address (where your organisation is located).  

The P.O. box address is not acceptable as a mailing address if your business registered address is a P.O. box. If your registered address uses a P.O. box address, the mailing address must be different.

  1. Go to Update Company Contact Details Form and create a new application.
     
  2. Select Login with DBS IDEAL to automatically fill in your organisation’s details.  Or enter the information manually.
     
  3. Select Update/add company particulars (office number, email and address) and select Next.
     
  4. Go to the section Update Mailing Address. Select the country that your new company address is located in from the dropdown list. Then enter the address.
     
  5. Select if the new mailing address is for:
    • All Account(s), Service(s) & Banking Facility(ies) with or without Corporate Credit Card
    • only selected Account(s), Service(s), Banking Facility(ies) & Corporate Credit Card
     
  6. Select Next. Review your application in the Preview page.
     
  7. Select the box to acknowledge the terms and conditions.
     
  8. Select Authorise Submission.
     
  9. Select the authorised signatories who need to approve the application.
     
  10. You can have them sign either digitally (using DigiSign or DBS IDEAL) or in wet ink. A wet ink signature refers to a signature physically written on paper. If you need to provide additional supporting documents (such as when adding a transaction approver), wet ink signatures are required.

    To submit an application with wet ink signatures
 
    Select Print and send. Download this application as a PDF file, and print it for signing. Mail it to us at the address in the document.

The application will be processed in about 7 working days after we receive it.
 


Update other business contact information

You can also use the Update Company Contact Details Form to edit other business contact information: 

  • email address 
  • registered address – This is where your organisation is located, and may be the same as your mailing address (where your organisation receives letters from us). 
  • office contact number 
  • fax number 
  • authorised signatories’ particulars (mobile number and email address)
