Open a business fixed deposit account

To open a business fixed deposit account (time deposit), you need to have a DBS business account.  

If you do not have a business account yet

You can open a business account and a fixed deposit account at the same time. 

When completing the application, go to the section Enhanced Services. Select Yes, I want to open a DBS Fixed Deposit account with this application.

 

If you’re an existing customer
  1. Log in to DBS IDEAL.  
     
  2. On the dashboard, go to the section Fixed Deposits. Select a fixed deposit according to your preferred tenure and rate. Alternatively, you can go the main menu and select Apply for Fixed deposit account. 
     
  3. Fill in all required information.
     
  4. If you’re from a business that has more than one director or is not a sole proprietorship, select Yes, download. Fill in the required information and follow the instructions in it, including how to submit to us. 
     
  5. Once the fixed deposit account is opened, you will receive an email informing you about this. You can proceed with the fixed deposit placement.
