How to make a reservation

Visit our Secured Online Reservation Site (Fully Booked) from 09 January 2020.

Search Via Branch

• Choose a branch by clicking on the drop down box.
• Select your preferred collection date. (No time slots will be displayed, reservations can be collected during office hours)
• For authentication, you are required to select either of the below identity types and enter your identity number:
  • Singaporean/PR NRIC
  • Malaysian IC (Date of birth is required)
  • Passport (Date of birth is required)
• Enter last 4 digits of your ATM/Debit/Credit Card Number and PIN for verification.
• Enter your Email Address. A confirmation will be sent to this address.
• Input the amount (if any) of QR gift packs you wish to receive. More information on QR Ang Bao.
• Input the desired quantity of notes for $2, $10, $50 (notes denomination) and debiting account. View withdrawal options for online reservation.
• Verify your reservation details and confirm your selection.

• Verify your reservation details and confirm your selection.

You will receive a confirmation email once you complete your reservation. A reminder email will be sent to you 1 day before collection.

More information

• Only one reservation slot per day will be permitted per collection date.
• You will not be able to select a preferred Treasures Centre for CNY New Notes collection if the slots are fully taken.
• You have to perform another online reservation
  • Should you wish to change the reservation amount.
  • If you need to change the location for collection of Chinese New Year notes.
• Debiting will occur up to 3 business days prior to the collection day/ date you have selected online.
