• Reserved notes can only be collected on the day which you have selected online. Please contact your Relationship Manager (RM) for assistance.
• You will need a DBS/POSB ATM/Debit Card or a Credit Card, and a Deposit Account to log in to place your reservation.
• Please bring your NRIC for verification during collection.
• 3rd party collection is NOT allowed.
• To minimise your waiting time, we have arranged for a dedicated counter during the collection time.
• Uncollected notes will be kept for a maximum of 3 business days (from the selected collection date), after which the notes will no longer be reserved and the total amount will be credited back into your nominated DBS/ POSB account.
