How to Update Mobile Number

There are various channels which you may update mobile number with us. The most convenient method would be via digibank mobile.

Step 1
Log in to digibank mobile with your Touch / Face ID or digibank User ID & PIN.

Tap More on the bottom navigation bar.

Scroll down to Your Profile, tap on Update Particulars and select Contact Details.

Tap on Change under Contact Details section.

Step 5
Input your new contact details and tap on Next.
(Note: For Overseas Number, tap on the country code that reflects on the screen and search for the country you required)

Step 6
Review your changes and tap on Confirm to update your mobile number. An OTP will be sent to your updated mobile number to key in for authentication.

Log in to digibank online with your User ID and PIN.

Complete the Authentication Process.

Under Mobile Number for iB OTP, select Local (Singapore).
(Note: Ensure you have selected Local (Singapore) to be able to input your mobile number.)

Enter your new Mobile Number. Scroll to the bottom, checked I have read and agree to these important terms and click Next.

Verify your details and click Submit to update your mobile number.

Log in to digibank online with your User ID and PIN.

Complete the Authentication Process.

Under Mobile Number for iB OTP, select Overseas.
(Note: Ensure you have selected Overseas to be able to input your mobile number.)

Select your Country Code, enter your Area Code and new Mobile Number. Scroll to the bottom, checked I have read and agree to these important terms and click Next.

Verify your details and click Submit to update your mobile number.
Do ensure that your mobile number is a Singapore-registered number, and the it is updated on Singpass first.

Log in using your ATM/Debit/Credit Card details and PIN. Complete your details and tap Login to get started.

Tap Update with Singpass to retrieve your latest information from Singpass.

Log in with your Singpass.

Agree to retrieve your personal data from Singpass.

Tap Save details if your data is accurate.

Edit other personal data (if any) and tap Next.

Verify your information and tap Submit to update your profile.

Frequently Asked Questions

If you are based overseas, you should reset your User ID and PIN first before trying to update your mobile number.

Please ensure that the mobile number is keyed in with the correct format to avoid any errors.
You are not allowed to remove your mobile number from bank’s record.

For removal of all other numbers (e.g home/office/fax numbers), ensure that you remove both the country and area code.
  • For overseas mobile number, you do not need to add any 0 after your country code. You can directly input your mobile number after selecting the correct country code.
  • If you are using digibank online, click on “Overseas” and choose the correct “Country Code”.
  • If you are using digibank mobile, tap on the country code that reflects on the screen and search for the country you required.
  • If you do not have digibank, you may sign up for digibank and update your contact details thereafter.

No, mail-in forms are no longer available. Any letters or mail-in forms will be strictly rejected. Please update your mobile number on your mobile app.

Please visit your nearest Video Teller Machine (VTM) during office hours (9am-6pm) to update your mobile number.

You are required to bring along the following documents when updating your mobile number online:
  • Your ATM/Debit/Credit Card
  • Your mobile phone with a registered number with the bank
