Authenticating your Online 3D-Secure Transactions

Authenticating eCommerce payments at 3D-Secure merchants is simple and secure. Instead of an SMS OTP, you will receive a push notification to complete the authentication via your DBS Digital Token.

Important information

  • Please enable push notification for digibank app on your mobile phone and ensure stable network connectivity to receive push notifications for authentication.
    • For iOS devices: Access Settings > Select Notifications > digibank app > Turn on Notifications
    • For Android devices: Access Settings > Select Apps & Notifications > Notifications > App Notifications > digibank app > Turn on Notifications

How to authenticate your online transactions

There are various channels which you may authenticate your online transactions with us.

Push Notification via Digital Token

Tap on the push notification.

If you didn’t receive the push notification, launch your digibank mobile app then tap on Digital Token icon.

Verify and tap Approve to confirm your transaction.
Do ensure that you are approving the correct transaction, by checking the merchant’s name and the amount.

Step 3
Your authentication is completed.

Tap on the SMS triggered to your bank registered mobile number.

Verify and key in the OTP, tap Submit to confirm your transaction.
Do ensure that you are approving the correct transaction, by checking the merchant’s name and the amount.
