Viewing eStatements

eStatements are kept for 7 years, and are available from the day of your enrolment.

• Login to iBanking with your User ID and PIN.
• Select My Accounts and Click on eStatement.
• Login with your 6-Digit iB Secure PIN.
• Choose the Statement Type and Account to view.
  (Your Current Year Statements will be populated by default.)
• Click Go.

eStatement Notification

If you have signed up for eStatements, you will receive a monthly email notification when your eStatement is ready for viewing. You may also wish to choose your eStatement notification preferences (via SMS or none) via iBanking:

• Login to iBanking with your User ID and PIN.
• Click on My Accounts, and select eStatement.
• Click Manage eStatement under next steps right at the bottom.
• You may change your preference under My Preferred eStatement Notification.
