eStatements Enrolment / De-Enrolment

Enrolment & de-enrolment of eStatements can be done easily via iBanking.

Enrol for eStatement

Apply through iBanking:

  • Login to iBanking with your User ID and PIN.
  • Select Request and click on Manage eStatement.
  • Login with your 6-Digit iB Secure PIN.
  • Select Opt-In for the Statement Type(s) you wish to sign up for eStatement.
  • Provide Authorization and click Next.
  • Click Submit.
Paper-based statements will no longer be sent once you have opted-in for eStatements.

De-Enrol from eStatement

De-Enrol for eStatement through iBanking:

  • Login to iBanking with your User ID and PIN.
  • Select Request and click on Manage eStatement.
  • Login with your 6-Digit iB Secure PIN.
  • Select Opt-Out for the Statement Type(s) you wish to receive paper-based statements.
  • Provide Authorization and click Next.
  • Click Submit.
Upon opt-out for eStatement, you will receive paper-based statements again from the next statement cycle onwards and the statements will be mailed to your address as per our records.
