Important information
- A maximum of one DBS PayLah! account can be registered under a unique mobile number.
- PayLah! registration via Singpass is only available to Singaporeans or Permanent Residents.

How to Apply for DBS PayLah!
Customers with DBS/POSB deposit account (Personal or Joint-Alternate accounts only)
For customers with DBS/POSB deposit account, you will require digibank.
Follow the steps to register DBS PayLah! using digibank:

Download the DBS PayLah! app from the App Store or Google Play or AppGallery.
Note: Monies in DBS PayLah! are a deposit. SGD deposits are insured up to S$100k by SDIC. - Launch the DBS PayLah! App, tap Register via DBS/POSB digibank and tap Next.
- Enter your DBS/POSB digibank User ID and PIN and tap Next.
- Enter the 6-digit SMS One-Time-Password* into DBS PayLah! and tap Next.
- Select your DBS/POSB Bank Account to be linked with DBS PayLah!.
- Enter your DBS PayLah! Nickname, Password and Mobile Number, tap Next to complete the registration.
Note:
- *A 6-digit SMS One-Time-Password will be sent to the mobile number registered with the Bank.
Singaporean/ Permanent Resident without DBS/POSB deposit account
For Singaporeans or Permanent Residents, you can register effortlessly by retrieving your personal information via Singpass.
Follow the steps to register DBS PayLah! using Singpass:

Download the DBS PayLah! app from the App Store or Google Play or AppGallery.
Note: Monies in DBS PayLah! are a deposit. SGD deposits are insured up to S$100k by SDIC. - Launch the DBS PayLah! App, tap Register via Singpass and tap Next.
- Enter your Singpass and tap Login.
- Allow consent for DBS to retrieve the listed data fields from your Singpass based on the Terms of Use.
- Verify your Contact Information and PayLah! Nickname.
- Enter your Employment Details and Tax Residency status.
- Create a Password for your PayLah! account and review your information, tap Let's go to complete the registration.
For your child (Only for Parents with DBS/POSB deposit account)
You can register for DBS PayLah! for your child using your Singpass if you are an existing DBS/POSB customer and have the Singpass mobile app installed on your device to provide consent for registration.
Follow the steps to register DBS PayLah! for your child:

Download the DBS PayLah! app from the App Store or Google Play or AppGallery.
Note: Monies in DBS PayLah! are a deposit. SGD deposits are insured up to S$100k by SDIC. - Launch the DBS PayLah! App, tap Register via Parent’s Singpass and tap Next.
- Provide consent for the registration by scanning the QR code generated with the Singpass Mobile App^ on the Parent’s mobile phone.
- Select the Name of the child you are applying PayLah! for and enter the Child's Personal Details#.
- Confirm the Tax Residency status of the child, if applicable.
- Enter the 6-digit SMS One-Time-Password* and create a Password for the PayLah! account.
- Review the details entered and tap Submit to complete the registration.
Note:
- ^Parents will be required to verify their identity with the Singpass Mobile app, by performing the scan QR code using the app’s scanner. For more information, visit https://app.singpass.gov.sg/.
- #If applicable, select Student under Occupation to proceed with registration.
- *A 6-digit SMS One-Time-Password will be sent to the mobile number registered with the Bank.
