How to Remove Bill Payment Organisation

Step 1
Log in to digibank mobile with your Touch / Face ID or digibank User ID & PIN.

Step 2
Tap Pay & Transfer and select Bills.

Step 3
Look for the billing organisation that you wish to delete and tap the icon on the right.

Step 4
Tap on the Kebab Menu located at the top right of your screen and select Delete Payee.

Step 5
Once prompted, select Yes to complete your deletion request.

Step 6
You have successfully deleted the selected billing organisation.

• Log in to digibank Online with your User ID and PIN.
• Complete the Authentication Process.
• Select Pay and click on More Payment Services.
• Under Manage Payments & GIRO click Delete Billing Organisation.
• Select the Billing Organisation / Bill Reference you wish to delete, click Next.
• Verify the details and click Submit to complete your delete payee request.
