Unable to Access DBS/POSB digibank Mobile and DBS PayLah! apps on HarmonyOS Next

An upcoming update to Huawei's operating system, HarmonyOS Next, which is scheduled to be released in Q4 2024 will affect access to some Android apps on your Huawei device bought from China, including DBS/POSB digibank mobile and DBS PayLah! apps.

To ensure uninterrupted access to your online banking, we recommend one of the following options:

  • If you choose to continue with your current version of HarmonyOS on your device, these Android apps will still be compatible.
  • Set up DBS/POSB digibank mobile or DBS PayLah! apps on an alternative iOS or Android device.
  • Log in to digibank online through a web browser. Please note that if you are currently using digital token on your impacted Huawei device, you will need to request for a physical token to continue banking online with us.
