This programme is specially for Singapore small-to-medium enterprises (SMEs). To be eligible, your business must be:

•  Registered and operating in Singapore
•  Have a minimum of 30% shareholding held by Singapore citizens or Permanent Residents (PRs)
•  Have not more than S$100 million in group annual sales turnover OR group employment size not exceeding 200 employees
