DBS MAX App

How do I know if I have received payment on DBS MAX app?

When payment has been received, in-app notification and push notification will be sent to your device. You may also check the “History” tab in the MAX app to view your received payments. Please do not rely on customer presented screenshots to confirm payments.

How to enable push notifications on DBS MAX App?

○ iOS

  • Go to your device Settings, select Notifications.
  • Select DBS MAX.
  • Under Allow Notifications, toggle the Switch On.

○ Android 

  • Go to your device Settings, select Notifications.
  • Tap on App notifications and select DBS MAX.
  • Under Allow Notifications, toggle the Switch On.

How can I sign up to DBS MAX Portal?

You will need to open a DBS Corporate Account and then at the same time apply for DBS IDEAL. You will automatically have access to DBS MAX Portal.

I am an existing DBS Corporate / SME Banking customer, how can I access DBS MAX Portal?

If you are an existing DBS IDEAL transact user, the DBS MAX portal will automatically be availed to you. Simply log into IDEAL and click on “Merchant services” on the left navigation bar.

To apply for IDEAL transact access, submit your request via File Exchange Centre in IDEAL transact.

What is the cost of DBS MAX Portal?

Access to the portal is free for all DBS Corporate and SME Banking customers.
