(With effect from 01 January 2024)We wish to inform you that the Bank’s Fee Schedule has been revised with effect from 01 January 2024.The Fee Schedule shows the standard fees charged by DBS Private Bank for services provided to clients. All fees are charged in Singapore Dollars (SGD).

³ Private Market Funds include investments in funds and companies where clients are referred to such opportunities via Private Equity Access. Typically, the Bank receives fees from the company/fund (“issuer”) for such successful referral. However, in some instances, the referral fees may be paid by both the issuer and the client, or solely by the client, to the Bank. This will be disclosed to the client during the referral. Please also refer to Section C of the Bank’s Monetary Benefits Schedule.⁴ “Investment amount” refers to the sum indicated by the client for investment, and upon deduction of sales charges, the balance amount would be the basis for calculation of the number of units the client will subscribe for.⁵ For the list of available funds, please consult DBS Online Funds Investment platform via DBS digibank or contact your Relationship Manager.

Important Notes:

Account Fees (for Commodity Investment Account) and Custody Fees (for Exchange Listed Securities, Debt Securities and Structured Notes, Funds and Gold Bullion) will be based on the market value as at month-end.
The above fees are subject to review from time to time at the discretion of the Bank.
GST will be applicable for Singapore residents.
Operational or system constraints, such as rounding practices, may result in the final fees, charges or benefit marginally exceeding the maximum dollar amount or percentage range detailed herein. Further, certain charges or expenses incurred by the Bank on your behalf and charged to your account may also be rounded up. Depending on the product, such rounding may apply to the amount, percentage or digital payment token quantity as the case may be.
