Repay Home Loan using CPF Funds

Learn how you can use CPF Funds for your home loan.

Visit CPF Website and login with your Singpass.
Click on Tools and services at the top of the page and select Forms and e-applications.
Scroll down to Home ownership, click onto Manage CPF usage for your home and select Apply online.
Select your property under Property Details and click Next.
Select Commence Monthly Instalment and click Next.
Click Start and complete the following:
- Financier: DBS Bank Ltd
- Monthly Instalment: Indicate your monthly instalment amount
- Effective From: Select the month to commence the monthly instalment
Read the Terms & Conditions and select the checkbox to provide your declaration, then click Next.
Review and confirm that the information you have provided is correct then click Submit.
Please note that you may also Revise Monthly Instalment, Cease Monthly Instalment or Make Arrears Payment following the steps above.

Visit CPF Website and login with your Singpass.
Click on Tools and services at the top of the page and select Forms and e-applications.
Scroll down to Home ownership, click onto Manage CPF usage for your home and select Apply online.
Select your property under Property Details and click Next.
Select Make Lump Sum Payment and click Next.
Click Start and complete the following:
- Financier: DBS Bank Ltd
- Amount: Key in your partial repayment CPF amount
- Deduction Date: Indicate the deduction date as 5 working days before the payment date of your partial repayment request
Read the Terms & Conditions and select the checkbox to provide your declaration, then click Next.
Review and confirm that the information you have provided is correct then click Submit.
