Important information
- Effective 10 March 2024, Cash Top-up service via digibank online to DBS Vickers will no longer be available. To continue trading via cash upfront settlement mode, please link your DBS Vickers individual trading account to a DBS Multi-Currency Account (MCA).
- For Cash Upfront Buy trades, funds in the respective traded currencies must be available in your DBS Multi-Currency Account(MCA) prior to placing the buy order.
- You can transfer funds in and out of your MCA online through digibank.
More information
- The funds will be earmarked in accordance to the contract size of the trade plus charges.
- A preferential commission rate will be applied when you settle your trades using Cash Upfront mode. Learn more about our Cash upfront rates.
- Cash Upfront is only applicable for Buy Trades.
The following information only applies to customers who do not have a MCA linked to their DBS Vickers Trading Account:
Withdraw Cash
- Log in to digibank online with your User ID and PIN.
- Under Invest, select DBS Vickers Online Trading and complete the authentication process.
- Proceed to access DBS Vickers by clicking Next.
- Under My Account, select Online Fund Withdrawal - Cash Upfront.
- Enter the amount to withdraw from your DBS Vickers account to your linked DBS/POSB Bank account and click Submit.
Note:
- Fund withdrawal will take up to 2 working days to process.

View Balance
- Log in to digibank online with your User ID and PIN.
- Under Invest, select DBS Vickers Online Trading and complete the verification.
- Proceed to access DBS Vickers by clicking Next.
- Under My Account, select Balances.
- Select Cash Upfront from the right drop down list to view your balance.
- View the row Available for Withdrawal to check how much cash is available to purchase more shares or to withdraw.
