Manage Accounts Linked to your Card

Learn how you can easily link your card to your Savings or Current Account via digibank.

How to link savings/current account to your card

There are various channels which you may use to link your Savings or Current Account to your card with us. The most convenient method would be via digibank mobile.

Step 1
Log in to digibank online with your User ID & PIN.

Step 2
Complete the Authentication Process.

Step 3
Under Cards, click on Manage Debit or ATM Card (Activate, Limits & More).

Step 4
Select the Card that you wish to change the account linkage for.

Step 5
Scroll down under Linked accounts, click on Link more accounts to add account link to the card or click on the Menu and select Manage linked accounts to change the primary account.

Step 6
Select the new Primary Account or any Secondary/Other Accounts to be linked to the card and click Save.
(Click on the Recycle Bin Button to remove any account(s) linked to your card.)

Step 7
You have successfully linked your account to your card.

For customers with ATM/Debit/Credit Card

Video Teller Machine (VTM)

Insert your NRIC, ATM/Debit/Credit Card or scan your Passport and complete the authentication process.
Under Card Services, select Change Account Linkage.
Choose your Card you wish to update.
Select your Primary(Main) Account and Secondary Accounts to be linked.
Get a One Time Password via SMS and key it into the Video Teller Machine (VTM).
Press Confirm to complete the linkage.

- Fill up PART C: Magnetic Stripe for Overseas Use, ATM Card Limits and Linkage and mail it to us at:

- Download Customer's Instruction Form for Debit Cards
- Fill up PART C: Debit Card Updates and mail it to us at:
