How to remove PayNow recipient

There are various channels which you may remove PayNow recipient with us. The most convenient method would be via digibank mobile.

Step 1
Log in to digibank mobile with your Touch / Face ID or digibank User ID & PIN.

Tap Pay & Transfer at the bottom and tap on PayNow.

Under the Recipients tab, tap the icon on the right of the recipient's name you wish to delete.

Tap on Delete at the top right corner of the page.

Tap on Yes, delete to confirm the deletion.

Log in to digibank online with your User ID & PIN.

Complete the Authentication Process.

Under Transfer, select the To PayNow (Mobile Number, NRIC or UEN).

Under PayNow Recipients, click on Manage.

Tick the box next to the PayNow Recipient(s) you wish to delete and click Delete Selected.

Verify the details and click Submit to complete the deletion of the selected recipient(s).
