All You Need to Know for LNY

Maximum note exchange limit for Online Reservation is S$800 for new notes and S$1,400 for *Fit notes per customer.
*Fit-for-Gifting-notes (or ‘Fit notes’ in short) are used currency notes that are generally clean and of suitable quality for recirculation, including for festive gifting. They are similar to notes from ATMs.
No cancellation/amendments are allowed after submitting your Online Reservation.
Each customer is allowed to make a maximum of 3 withdrawals at pop-up ATMs throughout the festive period. Learn more.
Only senior customers aged 60 or above (based on year of birth) or customers with disability can request for a maximum note exchange limit of S$800 for new notes and S$1,400 for Fit notes without online reservations at branches. They will be issued queue tickets upon visiting the branch.
SMS Q option is not applicable for LNY notes exchange but will be available for other banking services at the branch.

To avoid disappointment you are strongly encouraged to collect during the time slot that you have selected.
If you are authorising someone to collect the notes on your behalf, please ensure that the person bring along their NRIC/Passport, ATM/Debit Card, and the email confirmation as the onsite branch staff will only allow entry for collection of new notes to customers with a valid reservation.

Pop-up ATM will not be in service outside of the operating hours. Operating hours are from 14 to 27 January 2025 (10am to 10pm daily) and 28 January 2025 (10am to 1pm).
To help customers avoid crowded areas, our LNY pop-up ATM locator shows the estimated wait times at each location. Refer to the Locator to view the full list of LNY pop-up ATMs, community centres, self-service branches and Financial Planning branches.
Onsite Service Ambassadors will distribute red packets to customers who have withdrawn the LNY notes at 16 pop-up ATMs located at Community clubs, while stocks last.

LNY notes exchange will only be made available to our senior customers aged 60 and above (based on year of birth), or to customers with disabilities.
Kindly bring along your NRIC/Passport and DBS/POSB ATM card for new notes exchange.
