Reservation and Collection Period
Thank you for your strong support for our online reservation service! All slots for Reservation #1 (7 to 12 January 2025) have been fully taken up. Our next reservation service will be available on 13 January 2025.
Collection of reserved notes starts from 14 to 20 January 2025 (for notes reserved during the 1st reservation window) and 21 to 27 January 2025 (for notes reserved during the 2nd reservation window) at your selected DBS/POSB branches and time slot.

Important Information
- Bring along your NRIC/Passport and ATM/Debit Card during collection.
- Please ensure you have sufficient funds in the preferred account at the point of collection.
- There will be 2 reservation periods with different collection dates. First reservation will start from 07 January 2025. Learn More.

More Information
- You are strongly encouraged to collect your LNY new and/or Fit notes on your selected collection date. Your selected branch may not have sufficient notes in the denomination that you requested for if you miss your original collection date.
- Your reservation will be deemed as cancelled if the reserved notes are not collected on the selected date and location.
- If you are collecting on behalf, please bring along your NRIC/Passport, ATM/Debit Card and Email Confirmation during collection.
- Notes collection and/or payment can only be made at DBS/POSB branch, DBS Treasures Centres, DBS Treasures Private Client Centre, and DBS Private Bank Centre counters. Click to view our Terms of Service for collection at:
