You can check your account balance using DBS Digibot, digibank (setup Peek Balance via digibank mobile to skip login), Phone banking or at DBS/POSB ATM and Video Teller Machine (VTM)

How to Check Account Balance

There are various channels which you may Check Account Balance with us. The most convenient method would be via digibank mobile.

Step 1
Log in to digibank mobile with your Touch / Face ID or digibank User ID & PIN.

Your Account Balance will be display on the homepage.

You can activate Peek Balance option by tapping More and under App & Security Settings, select Peek Balance.

Toggle the Switch to Activate and select the Account for Peek Balance, tap Save.

Step 5
You may Tap and hold to Peek Balance on your preferred account without log in to digibank mobile.

Complete the Authentication Process.

Click on located at the bottom right.

Type Account Balance into the chat.

Click Authenticate me to complete the authentication using either your iBanking Login or Card & PIN.

Select your Account that you wish to view and Choose the type of balance you wish to enquire on.

If you select Available and Ledger Balance, Amount on hold, your account balance will be shown.

If you select Hold Balance (for cheques), your holding balance for cheque(s) deposited will be shown.
  • Dial 1800 111 1111 (from Singapore) or (+65) 6327 2265 (from Overseas).
  • For a menu in English Press 1, for Mandarin Press 2.
  • Enter your NRIC, Debit or Credit Card Number followed by # to proceed.
  • Follow the steps for SMS OTP to proceed.
  • Select Deposit Account Related Services.
  • Press 1 to listen to your Account Balance(s).

  • Insert your ATM/Debit/Credit Card and key in your PIN.
  • Select Balance Inquiry.
  • Select your Account Type.
  • Your Account Balance will be reflected.
  • Select End and remove ATM card.

Find the nearest ATM using our Locator.
  • Insert your NRIC, ATM/Debit/Credit Card or scan your Passport and complete the authentication process.
  • Under the Main Menu, select Balance Enquiry.
  • Your Account Number, Ledger Balance and Available Balance will be reflected on the screen.
  • Collect your NRIC, ATM/Debit/Credit Card before you leave our Video Teller Machine (VTM).
