Can't withdraw money with ATM card
There are few reasons why you may not be able to withdraw money with an ATM card. Find out which one applies to you and how to resolve it.

Is your ATM card faulty?
First check if your ATM card is faultyl; for example, if it is split or cracked, or the magnetic stripe is worn. If it is, you can request for a replacement card.
If using the card locally
You will need to activate your card before you can use it. You can do so through:
- iBanking - [Activate Debit or ATM card]
- mBanking - download the app if you don't have it
- SMS - SMS the following to 77767: Activate
card's last 4 digits (example: Activate 7777) - ATM - locate an ATM near you. Select the option More Services
