Terms and Conditions

The promotion is only valid at BYD’s Authorised Distributor, Sime Darby Motors.
The promotion is not stackable with Sime Darby Motors’ Corporate Programme.
The promotion is open to DBS and POSB customers who book and complete a test drive of any eligible BYD model (BYD M6, BYD ATTO 3, BYD SEAL, or BYD DOLPHIN) through DBS Car Marketplace.
The promotion is valid from 30 Nov 2024 to 31 Dec 2024, unless otherwise stated.
Any test drive booked or completed outside of the promotion period will not be eligible for the benefits under this promotion.
Customers who complete a test drive during the promotion period will receive exclusive BYD merchandise worth S$20 (the "Test Drive Gift").
The Test Drive Gift is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be substituted for cash or other items.
Test drive appointments must be booked through DBS Car Marketplace during the promotion period.
BYD and DBS Car Marketplace reserve the right to substitute the Test Drive Gift with items of equal or greater value at their discretion.
BYD and DBS Car Marketplace reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice.
These terms and conditions are subject to change, and any changes will be communicated through official channels.
The S$1000 in Shopping Vouchers awarded by purchasing a BYD car will be issued and distributed by BYD.
DBS reserves the right, at any time without giving any reason or notice, to withdraw or cancel any draw chance(s) and/or cashback awarded to customers without liability.
DBS will have the final decision on all matters regarding the Promotion.
DBS may change these terms or suspend/terminate the Promotion without giving any notice.
Notwithstanding anything herein, DBS has the absolute discretion to determine the eligibility of any person to participate in the current and upcoming Promotion.
DBS shall not be obliged to enter into any correspondence on any matter concerning the Promotion.
By participating in this Promotion, participants agree to release and hold DBS harmless from any and all liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind to any person or property arising from or in connection with, either directly or indirectly:
- a) DBS will not be responsible for any injuries, loss, claim, or damage suffered or incurred in connection with the Promotion (including but not limited to any error in computing any qualifying transaction, any breakdown or malfunction in any computer system or equipment), Prize and/or any notices, letters or correspondence lost, stolen, or misdirected in the postal system or telecommunication system, and the consequences arising from the non-receipt of such communication.
- b) The awarding, acceptance, receipt, possession, use or misuse of any Prize or parts thereof awarded pursuant to the Promotion.
- c) The participation in the Promotion or any Cash Credit-related or prize-related activities.
- d) Notwithstanding anything herein, DBS has the absolute discretion to determine the eligibility of a customer to participate in the Promotion or receive a Prize. DBS’ decision on all matters relating to the Promotion (including but not limited to the number of Draw Chances to be awarded to any customer, and the selection of Winner) shall be final. No correspondence or claims will be entertained.
DBS may vary these Terms and Conditions without notice or withdraw or terminate the Promotion at any time without any notice or liability to any party. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any brochures, marketing or promotional materials relating to the Promotion, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
DBS’ Terms and Conditions Governing Accounts, Terms and Conditions Governing Electronic Services, DBS Cards General Promotions Terms & Conditions, Terms and Conditions Governing Electronic Statements and terms and conditions governing all other account-related services apply. In the event of any inconsistency, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail insofar as they apply to the Promotion.
Customers consent to the collection, use and disclosure of their personal data, including personal data in DBS possession, by/to DBS and such other third party as DBS may reasonably consider necessary for the purpose of administering the Promotion, and confirm that they agree to be bound by the terms of the DBS Privacy Policy.

DBS makes no warranty or representation as to the quality, merchantability or fitness for purpose of the partner's goods and services. Any dispute about the same must be resolved directly with the partner.
DBS shall not be liable for any loss, injury, claim or damage suffered or incurred as a result of the use of the Participating Partner's goods and services or redemption or usage of the gifts.
DBS is not an agent of any of the Participating Partners or vice versa.

Maximum approved DBS Green Car Loan amount is capped at 60% of the Nett Purchase Price or Nett valuation Amount, whichever is lower, depending on the Open Market Value of the vehicle.
The NETT Purchase Price is derived as follows: "(Nett Purchase Price = Advertised Purchase Price - S$1,000 in Shopping Vouchers - up to S$388 Cash Rebate)”.
