Offer is valid for purchase from now till 31 March 2025 and only applicable for purchases done via Gardens by the Bay's onsite ticketing counters.

Purchase is limited to 8 admission tickets per transaction.

Singapore Residents refer to Singapore Citizens, Permanent Residents, as well as those living in Singapore, including Employment Pass, Work Permit and Dependent Pass holders.

Singapore Residents may be required to present proof of residency for admission.

Payments must be made with a valid Singapore-issued DBS/POSB Credit or Debit Card, checked by onsite staff of Gardens by the Bay.

Not valid in conjunction with other discounts, membership privileges, promotions or vouchers.

Ticket includes 2-way rides for one (1) on the Shuttle Service, only for: Bayfront Plaza (Exit B from Bayfront MRT)

Shuttle Service will be suspended in the event of heavy rain or lightning warning for the safety of visitors.

Food or beverages are not allowed in the attraction(s).

Only one retail voucher can be used per transaction. The retail voucher is non-stackable and cannot be combined with any other offers or promotions. A minimum retail expenditure of $20 is required to use each retail voucher. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded.

Utilisation of retail vouchers is only valid at the Floral Fantasy Gift Shop featuring Disney.

Visits to the attraction, utilisation of shuttle service, and retail voucher must all be completed on the same day.

Re-entry is not allowed.

Admission tickets may not be resold or duplicated and may only be used once.

Each ticket admits one (1) pax.

Admission tickets are not valid for special events that is priced separately.

Admission to Gardens by the Bay is subject to Park Rules and Regulations which are displayed at the entrances and/or other appropriate locations of Gardens by the Bay.

Gardens by the Bay is not responsible and does not assume any liability for any damage or loss you may incur, whether such damage or loss is caused by our negligence or otherwise.

Gardens by the Bay may, without prior notice and without refund or compensation or any liability, change the operating hours, close and/or restrict admission to the Cloud Forest due to capacity, inclement weather, special events or other reasons.
