2. Eu Yan Sang Clinic Management reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice.
3. Eu Yan Sang Clinic Management retains the final decision in case of a dispute.
4. Payment must be made using a valid DBS/POSB credit or debit card.
5. New patients are patients who have not visited any Eu Yan Sang clinics for 24 months or more. First Consultation rate shall apply.

Consultation with medication at S$48 Nett

1. Valid for DBS/POSB Cardmembers who are new to Eu Yan Sang Clinics.
2. Valid at all Eu Yan Sang TCM Clinics and One Wellness Medical Clinics.
3. Valid for in-clinic consultation only.
4. Offer is not valid at Eu Yan Sang Premier TCM Centres and Eu Yan Sang TCM Centre at Mount Elizabeth Novena Hospital.
5. Additional S$5 surcharge for consultation with Associate Senior Physicians.
6. Offer is not valid with Senior Physicians, please call respective clinics to enquire about the physician's schedule.
7. Limited to one redemption per customer.
8. Bundle includes either 3 days of medication; extended days of medication or additional treatment required will be charged separately.
9. Not applicable for patients who are not medically suited to take herbal medication.
10. Medications dispensed are subject to physicians’ diagnosis and are strictly non-refundable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable.

Consultation with acupuncture at S$68 Nett 

1. Valid for DBS/POSB Cardmembers who are new to Eu Yan Sang Clinics.
2. Valid at all Eu Yan Sang TCM Clinics and One Wellness Medical Clinics.
3. Valid for in-clinic consultation only.
4. Offer is not valid at Eu Yan Sang Premier TCM Centres and Eu Yan Sang TCM Centre at Mount Elizabeth Novena Hospital.
5. Additional S$5 surcharge for consultation with Associate Senior Physicians.
6. Limited to one redemption per customer.
7. Bundle includes consultation and acupuncture treatment; any medication or additional treatment required will be charged separately.
8. The service is only for suitable patients, the suitability of the treatment varies according to the individual’s body constitution and will be subjected to the physician’s diagnosis.

Consultation with TCM Health Report at S$30 Nett

1. Valid for DBS/POSB Cardmembers who are new or existing to Eu Yan Sang Clinics.
2. Valid at all Eu Yan Sang TCM Clinics and One Wellness Medical Clinics.
3. Valid for in-clinic consultation only.
4. Offer is not valid at Eu Yan Sang Premier TCM Centres and Eu Yan Sang TCM Centre at Mount Elizabeth Novena Hospital.
5. Additional S$5 surcharge for consultation with Associate Senior Physicians.

One Wellness Packages

1. Valid for DBS/POSB Cardmembers who are new or existing to One Wellness Medical Clinics.
2. Valid for in-clinic consultation only.
3. Limited to one redemption per patient.
4. Valid at One Wellness Medical GP Clinics only.
5. Health Screening services by appointment only.
6. Package price excludes the cost of any prescribed medications from the clinic.
7. Medications dispensed are subject to doctor’s diagnosis and are strictly non-refundable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable.

5. For dental services:
1. Stated consultation and treatment fees are estimated and do not include consumables fee, costs of prescribed medications, injections, X-rays, other investigations and treatments.
2. The price range reflects the types of services offered by a general dental practitioner, time spent on, and complexity of the case. Patients will be informed before treatment if any fee to be charged differs from those listed above.
3. A consumables fee is applicable for each dental visit.
6. For Enhanced health screening:
1. Unutilised items in the packages will not be refunded or replaced.
2. Services are available at Raffles Health Screeners at Shaw Centre, Raffles Holland V, Raffles Hospital and Marina Bay Financial Centre.
7. Services are not available at Raffles Medical clinics at Changi Airport Transit areas, Raffles Executive Medical Centres, Raffles Dental (Specialist) clinics, and Raffles24 Acute & Critical Care at Raffles Hospital.
