Am I eligible to participate in the promotion?
This promotion is eligible for existing DBS/POSB Credit Cardmembers.
How to participate in this promotion?
Simply take the following steps:
- Apply for DBS Vantage Card online by 15 July 2024.
- Make a min. of S$4,000 qualifying spend within 30 days from card approval date.
- Make the annual fee payment of S$599.50 (inclusive of GST).
When can I expect to receive the miles / DBS Points?
Miles will be credited in the form of DBS Points:
- Annual Fee Miles: 12,500 DBS points (equivalent to 25,000 miles) will be credited once the annual fee is charged upon card approval.
- Sign-up Gift: 7,500 DBS Points (equivalent to 15,000 miles) will be credited to your account within 2 to 4 months from meeting the minimum qualifying spend.
What transactions do NOT count towards the qualifying spend?
You may refer to Clause 10 of the terms and conditions for the list of exclusion.
How can I check the merchant category of the posted transactions in my credit card account?
You may check the merchant category of the posted transactions via DBS digibot:
- Step 1: Click on the digibot icon located at the bottom right of DBS website
- Step 2: Type Check Recent Transactions into the chat > Click Check Transactions > Proceed to Check Recent Transactions
- Step 3: Click Authenticate me
- Step 4: Complete the authentication using either your iBanking Login or Card & PIN
- Step 5: Select Credit Cards > Select the credit card you wish to enquire on > View Transaction History > Type of transactions (Unbilled Transactions / Billed Transactions)
I forgot to input the promo code during the application. What steps should I take?
No promo code is required for this promotion. Please note that you are still required to fulfil the spending requirements to be eligible for the Sign-up Gift (i.e. 15,000 miles).
