Redemption Journey on yuu App

1. By participating in this Promotion you agree to the conditions set out below
2. This Promotion is valid from 1 to 30 Sep 2024, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”), and redemption is valid from 1 Sep to 15 Oct 2024, both dates inclusive (“Redemption Period”).
3. To qualify for the Promotion as an existing DBS yuu Cardmember, you must:
1. be an existing DBS yuu Cardmember and have linked your card on the yuu App before the Promotion Period; and
2. make a transaction on your card during the Promotion Period.
4. To qualify for the Promotion as new DBS yuu Cardmember, you must:
1. be new-to-DBS yuu Card and did not cancel a DBS yuu Card in the past 12 months;
2. successfully apply for the DBS yuu Card and activate the card within the Promotion Period; and
3. successfully link your DBS yuu Card on the yuu App.
5. Qualified DBS yuu Cardmembers will receive the reward voucher on their yuu App within 7 working days when all above conditions under Clause 3 (for existing DBS yuu Cardmember) and 4 (new DBS yuu Cardmember) are met within the Promotion Period.
6. Payment needs to be made with the DBS yuu Card.
7. DBS reserve the right to reverse the reward if payment is not made with DBS yuu Card.
8. Payment has to be done at manned cashier stations in-store and not at self-checkout counters.
9. Redemption will be capped at first 2,000 redemption for all items, limited to 1 redemption per item.
10. Rewards cannot be sold or exchanged for cash.
11. Rewards are deemed void with scanning of barcode at the POS and cannot be reused.
12. Redemption must be made within Redemption Period and expired rewards will not be accepted.
13. DBS’s decision on all matters relating to the Promotion shall be final. No correspondence or claims will be entertained.
14. DBS will not account for any failure or delay in posting of sales transactions which may result in any customer being omitted from enjoying the benefits of this Promotion. 
15. DBS, yuu, Cold Storage, and Giant may vary these Terms and Conditions or suspend or terminate the Promotion without any notice or liability to any party.
