Types of Claims and Documents required
- Basic documents including:
- claim form,
- travelling schedule,
- airline ticket,
- boarding pass and
- a copy of passport/ Identity card of claimant
- Medical report and original Medical receipt/bills
- Death Certificate and Letter of Administration or Grant of Probate (in the event of Death)
- All other documents which can facilitate the consideration of claim
