Successful redemption of Daily$/ SAFRA$ constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

  1. Redemption of Daily$/ SAFRA$ via Internet Banking is applicable for valid POSB Everyday Card/ SAFRA DBS Credit and Debit Card only.
  2. Please ensure that you have sufficient Daily$ or SAFRA$ to perform the redemption.
  3. Where a Card has both a principal and supplementary cardholder; either cardholder may redeem the POSB/ DBS Loyalty Dollars in the relevant Customer’s Loyalty Account without prior approval from the other party.
  4. DBS requires processing time of up to 14 working days to effect the redemption. Please refer to table below for reference:

    Not applicable Participation in the KrisFlyer programme is subject to the terms and conditions of Singapore Airlines.

    A S$27.00 administrative fee (inclusive of GST) will be imposed for each KrisFlyer redemption.

    Only Cardmembers who have enrolled into Singapore Airlines’ KrisFlyer programme can effect mile transfers.

    Each mile transferred by the Cardmember to KrisFlyer programme ("Transfer") must be to an account bearing his own name and subject to a minimum transfer of Daily$/ SAFRA$ stated by DBS.

    A letter of acknowledgement for the KrisFlyer miles redemption will be mailed out within 7 working days.

    No refunds are allowed once the Daily$/SAFRA$ have been successfully converted. No urgent requests or cancellations will be entertained. Notwithstanding anything stated herein, DBS shall not be liable for any delay in the Transfer process for any reason whatsoever (including without limitation, delay due to incorrect information in the system or due to system constraints and errors).

    DBS shall not be responsible for any fraud or unsuccessful transfer. In the latter case, the Cardmember's Daily$/SAFRA$ shall be reinstated to his Card Account, as appropriate.

    DBS shall not be responsible for the Cardmember's miles which have been successfully transferred or for the actions or failure of Singapore Airlines in connection with the KrisFlyer programme.

    The airline participating in this Redemption Programme is subject to change without prior notice to Cardmembers
  5. Different types of POSB/ DBS Loyalty Dollars awarded to each customer are not mutually exchangeable or transferable and cannot be used in substitution of each other for purposes of redemption or any other purpose.
  6. DBS shall not be responsible for any unauthorized redemption or any other transaction involving POSB/ DBS Loyalty Dollars, howsoever arising (even if the Customer had informed DBS that the Card had been lost or stolen).
  7. DBS may vary these Terms and Conditions without any notice or liability to any party.
  8. You consent under the Personal Data Protection Act (Cap 26 of 2012) to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal data by/to the DBS and such other third party for the purpose of the redemption, and confirm that they have read and agree to be bound by the terms of the DBS Privacy Policy, a copy of which can be found on www.dbs.com/privacy.
