This service allows you to pay bills online including utilities, recreational club fees, town councils and more.

Features

• You can pay bills to any one of our bill payment participating corporations. Simply select the corporation from the drop list and provide the payment details on the next page.
• Alternatively, you can store your bill details with us, so that you just need to select up to five pre-arranged bill payment items to make payment subsequently.
• You can pay your bills using your personal or joint-alternate DBS S$ Current/AutoSave, DBS Savings Plus, POSB Savings/Current Account, Cashline or personal DBS Credit/Charge card.
• For bill payment from Cashline and DBS Credit/Charge cards, customers are able to pay to all the corporations on the list with the following exceptions:
  • HDFC Bank
  • DBS Cashline
  • DBS Amex/Visa/MasterCard
  • ICICI Bank
  • DBS Cards - Membership
• You can make immediate or future dated bill payments up to the available account balance in your DBS S$ Current/AutoSave, DBS Savings Plus, POSB Savings/Current Account, Cashline or DBS Credit/Charge card.
• The "Consumer Reference No." is assigned by the corporation for your bills (eg. your Credit Card or utilities account number).
• You can either pay your bills immediately or specify it to be paid at a future date. You can set future bill payments up to 30 days from the day of transaction.
• Future dated transactions which are completed, deleted, or unsuccessful will be displayed in the "View/Delete Future Bill Payment" page for up to 1 month after the date of payment. For future-dated Bill Payment, your funds will be debited one working day before the Effective Date of Payment.
• Payment(s) made to credit card(s) that have just been replaced with a card having a different card number, will be reflected under the new credit card only on the next working day.​
• You are advised to effect your payment 2 working days in advance to allow sufficient time for your billing organisation to process your payment.

You can also pay your AMEX or Diners Cards using the Pay Bills function.

• For AMEX Cards, simply search “American Express Singapore Cards” to pay your AMEX Cards.
• For Diners Cards, simply search “Diners Club” in the search menu.

You will then be asked to key in the relevant information such as credit card number, into the Bill Reference section. To simplify your payments, you can also set your AMEX or Diners cards as a pre-arranged billing organisation.

This service allows you to add a new billing organisation for pre-arranged payments. This allows you to store the details of your regular bills on our online platforms. Once the arrangement is completed, you will see the bill details on the Bill Payment page for your selection.

This service allows you to instruct the participating billing organisations to charge bills to your DBS/POSB Credit and have a consolidated view of your bills.

To cancel a Recurring Bill Payment, please liaise directly with the billing organisations.

*DBS Points will not be awarded for transactions made on DBS Esso Card, POSB Everyday Card or POSB MasterCard Credit Card. With effect from 2 July 2017, DBS Points will not be awarded for Community Chest, MSIG, Prudential and Town Councils recurring bill payment.

This service allows you to remove an existing bill organisation from your list. You can delete up to a maximum of 5 records per transaction.

This service allows you to change the daily total limit for bill payments. To find out more about transfer limits, please click here.

This service allows you to view and manage all your pending post-dated bill payments.

Features

• You can now view the details of your future bill payments paid or to be paid using your DBS Savings Plus, DBS S$ Current/AutoSave, POSB Savings/Current accounts, Cashline or DBS Credit/Charge card.
• You can also delete future payments which are of pending status.
• If you need to change the date of payment, the amount to be paid or the account, all you have to do is delete and re-submit.
• All details of future bill payments will be displayed for up to 1 month from the date of payment.
