Update Mailing Address

This service allows you to update your mailing address to stay connected with us.

Features
  • You can now easily update the Bank's record if you have moved to a new home. For your convenience, you can even inform us in advance (up to a maximum of 30 days), before you move to your new address.
  • The update of address will take effect immediately with some exceptions:
    • For Credit Cards, updates will take 1 working day.
    • For Margin Trading Account(s), updates will take 4 working days.
    • All updates after 8pm on a working day (Monday to Saturday) and updates on a non-working day will be taken as the following working day's transaction.
    • For Credit Cards updates during the above stated time, it will take 2 working days.
    • For MTA accounts updates during the above stated time, it will take 5 working days.
  • If we require clarification on the updates, we will contact you within 2 working days from the effective date.
  • Please note that residential address update is compulsory. You are not allowed to update mailing address only.
  • When you enter a new mailing address to be effected, you must also complete the section on "I would like to update my address for".

Update Particulars and Contact Preferences

  • You can now easily update the Bank's record if you have changed your employment details, or obtained a new mobile number or your new email address instantly. You may also indicate your contact preferences if you would like to receive marketing messages from the bank. Simply fill in the relevant fields and click "Submit" to send your updates to the Bank.
  • This update will take effect immediately with the exception of Debit and Credit Card online purchase transactions that require OTP. This update will take 2 working days.

Forgot Internet Banking User ID and PIN

If you have forgotten your Internet Banking User ID/PIN, here are 2 easy ways to obtain your Internet Banking User ID and reset your Internet Banking PIN:

  • Online: Please click on “Forgot User ID or PIN” on the Internet Banking login page at www.dbs.com.sg to retrieve or reset your User ID or PIN respectively. You will need either a registered DBS iB Secure Device or One-Time Password (OTP) sent to your registered mobile phone. You can use the new Internet Banking User ID or PIN immediately to log in to Internet Banking and digibank app.
  • ATMs: Visit any DBS or POSB ATM in Singapore to reset your Internet Banking PIN and/or print your Internet Banking User ID. At the ATM, simply follow the below steps:
    • Step 1: Click “More Services”
    • Step 2: Click “PIN Services / Internet Banking”
    • Step 3: Click on “Reset iB PIN / Print iB User ID”

Change Internet Banking User ID

  • This service allows you to change your User ID. It needs to be between 5 to 20 characters and contain a combination of letters and numbers.
