Transaction Signing is required when performing transactions such as:

Transfer Funds   |   Credit Card Payment   |   Pay Bills   |   Change Funds Transfer Limits

How to Generate 6 Digit PIN

For some transactions such as Add New Recipient or Funds Transfer above S$15,000 to existing recipients or S$1,000 for One-Time transfers, additional transaction signing is required. Follow the steps below to authenticate with your DBS Secure Device in order to proceed with your transaction:

A 6 digit iBanking OTP will be sent to your registered mobile phone number. Press Sign1 on your iB Secure Device and enter the 6 digit iBanking OTP. Press Sign1 again.

A 6 digit iB Secured PIN will be generated from your iB Secure Device, which needs to be entered in iBanking.

Credit Card Payment

Adding New Recipient

For Payments
When making a credit card payment of more than SGD15,000.
6 digit iBanking OTP

A 6 digit iBanking OTP will be sent to your registered mobile phone number. Press Sign1 on your DBS Secure Device and enter the 6 digit iBanking OTP. Press Sign1 again.

A 6 digit DBS Secured PIN will be generated from your DBS Secure Device, which needs to be entered in iBanking.

  • Paying bills to selected billing organisations
  • Adding a new arrangement for selected organisations
  • Adding a GIRO Arrangement
  • Adding new recipient for Purchase Cheque (Mail) or Purchase Demand Draft (Mail)

A 6 digit iBanking OTP will be sent to your registered mobile phone number. Press Sign1 on your iB Secure Device and enter the 6 digit iBanking OTP. Press Sign1 again.

A 6 digit iB Secured PIN will be generated from your iB Secure Device.
