Debit and ATM Card

Apply for New Debit Card

This service allows existing DBS or POSB Account holders to apply for a new debit card.

Features
  • You must be at least 16 years old and have a POSB Savings Account, DBS Savings Plus Account, DBS AutoSave Account, DBS Current Account to be eligible for a debit card.
  • For new PAssion members, the S$12.00 fee for a 5-year People's Association membership (S$2.40 x 5 years) will be debited when the card is approved. Fees are pro-rated for existing PAssion members. The PAssion membership fee is currently waived.
  • Successful applicants shall agree that any information provided for the application of the PAssion POSB Debit Card shall be jointly owned by DBS and People's Association. The information provided may be used for the purposes of marketing or promoting any services or products whether conducted solely by DBS or People's Association.
  • A Debit Card statement will be mailed to you if your primary account to be linked to the card is a POSB Passbook Savings account.
  • Please allow two weeks for application processing.

Activate Debit or ATM Cards

This service allows you to activate your new Debit or ATM Cards. As part of DBS Bank's continuous effort to safe-guard your banking experience and security, all new, renewal or replacement cards will be sent out as an inactive card.

To activate your Debit Card, simply log into iBanking to activate before use. To activate your ATM card, you will need to wait for a separate mailer with a generated PIN number before you can use your ATM functions.
