The DBS Virtual Card features robust usage control capabilities that allow you to set transaction limits and define where and how regularly it can be used. For example, you can opt to use the card only for travel-related expenses such as airfares, hotels, travel agencies and car rental.

I don’t want the DBS Virtual Card to be issued in the name of individual employees. Can it be issued under my company name instead?

Yes. The DBS Virtual Card is issued in the name of your company, which is useful when making recurring payments. It also means you don’t need to request additional cards should an employee leave.

Can I use my DBS Virtual Card account as soon as I receive it in the mail?

DBS takes extra steps to protect you. As such, all issued cards need to be activated before they can be used. Simply email the activation slip enclosed in your card mailer to comcards@dbs.com, and we’ll activate it for you.
