View past payments

On IDEAL, you can view the payment history for payments completed in the last 6 months. 

1. Log in to DBS IDEAL.
    
2. Go to the main menu and select Pay & Transfer. 
    
3. Go to the section Payment History. You can only view past payments which are less than 6 months old. Select Show additional filters to change the payment date range or filter transactions from a specific account or payment type or status. 
    
4. If you have access to multiple companies in a parent and subsidiary relationship, you can view payments from all companies that you have access to. Go to Additional filters, and select Organisation. Then select Show All. 
    
5. Payments initiated using DBS IDEAL are visible under Payment History. If you have paid with other methods like visiting a branch or via RAPID, you can find these payments in your account statement.
