View loan statements

View statements

Online loan statements (eStatements) are available on IDEAL. They include: 

  • Disbursement letter 
  • Reminder letter 
  • Confirmation note 
  • Billing advice 
  • Revision notice 
  • Rollover advice 

You can view up to 7 years of statements online. Currently, the available statements are up to March 2021. 

  1. Log in to DBS IDEAL.
     
  2. Go to the main menu and select Reports.
     
  3. Select Loan eStatement / Advices at the top. 
     
  4. Select the month, then select View statement to access available statements for the month. 
     
  5. Select Download to download a statement or advice.
     
Create alert to receive statements

To receive your eStatements by email every month, create an eStatement alert: 

  1. Log in to DBS IDEAL.
     
  2. Go to the top right-hand corner. Select the person icon to access your Profile & Settings.
     
  3. Then go to Security & Preferences, and select Alerts & Notifications.  
     
  4. Go to eStatement Alert, and then select Create personalised alert.
