Check status of trade finance transactions

Track status

Check online for the status of a trade finance transaction. 

This feature is currently available on the desktop version of IDEAL. You need to use a desktop or laptop computer for this.  

  1. Log into DBS IDEAL.  
     
  2. Go to the main menu, and select Trade Finance
     
  3. Select quick filter (for example, today, in the last 7 days or in the last 30 days) or view all transactions from Your Submission widget.
     
  4. A list of transactions will be shown.
      

Check outstanding transactions

Check online for outstanding trade transactions.

This feature is currently available on the desktop version of IDEAL. You need to use a desktop or laptop computer for this. 

  1. Log into DBS IDEAL.  
     
  2. Go to the main menu, and select Trade Finance.
     
  3. Go to the Transactions and select Processed transactions.
     
  4. Select the product cart to check the outstanding transactions list.
     
  5. To view all transactions, select All from the quick filter above the outstanding transactions list.
     
  6. Select the transaction to view transaction details, transaction history and download bank advices. You can amend a banker’s guarantee and import letter of credit.
      

Download trade advices

Download trade advices online.

This feature is currently available on the desktop version of IDEAL. You need to use a desktop or laptop computer for this.

  1. Log into DBS IDEAL.  
     
  2. Go to the main menu, and select Trade Finance.  
     
  3. Select Document
     
  4. Select Filter, and then select the product or received date. A list of bank advices will be shown. 
     
  5. Select the advice to download, then select View to download.
